Acceptance of all items is at the discretion of the Editor and there will be no guarantee that editorial material submitted will appear in the magazine or in any particular issue of the magazine.
Articles should be a maximum length of 500 words and should be original, unpublished work.
Articles should, be accompanied by brief biographical/promotional information on the author. Any materials submitted are entirely at the owner's risk.
COOLMAX PTY LTD will retain copyright of all items submitted. Authors may re-use their own material, which has been published by COOLMAX on condition that, if it is republished, it is accompanied by the words: 'First published in CoolComfort Tips, register at coolmax.com.au/newsletter'.
